Phase I Environmental Site Assessments

Assessment to ascertain if a subject property has been impacted by hazardous materials from current and/or historical activities conducted on or near the site.  Assessments adhere to industry standards and the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard Practice.

Phase II Investigations

Subsurface sampling and analysis of soil and groundwater to assess for the presence/absence of contamination by hazardous materials.

Asbestos Assessments

Sampling and analysis of suspect asbestos-containing building materials to establish the presence/absence of asbestos contamination and potentially hazardous conditions.

Indoor Air -Quality Assessments

Condition and operations review of mechanical systems, ventilation effectiveness, filtration efficiency, outside air quality and sources, HVAC system control, and maintenance practices.  Also incorporated is PCA's opinion of genral compliance with the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) standards and guidelines. Review may also include specific air quality sampling.

Third-Party Peer Review

Review of environmental reports prepared others to opine on the general adequacy of the scope of services conducted, findings, conclusions, recommedations presented, and compliance with generally accepted environmental engineering standards.
